Instructions
  1. Set the oven to 425 °F. Slice the zucchini lengthwise evenly, aiming for a thickness of around 1/8 inch.

  2. On a baking sheet, spread out the zucchini slices and season them with a little sea salt. For 10 minutes, bake the zucchini in a preheated oven. After baking, let them cool, and then gently wipe any extra moisture with a paper towel.

  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked sausage, 3/4 cup mozzarella, 1/4 cup parmesan, 1/4 cup sauce, and 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder while the zucchini is baking. Separate this mixture.

  4. 1/2 cup of sauce should be distributed equally across the bottom of an 8x8 glass baking dish.

  5. Utilizing a tiny spoon, fill each slice of zucchini with the sausage mixture once it has cooled enough to handle. Placed in the baking dish, the zucchini slices are rolled up. Incorporate any extra meat into the zucchini rolls if there is any.
