Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Ingredients

If you haven’t done so already, peel and pit the avocado. Hull the strawberries if you’re using fresh ones.

  2. Blend the Ingredients

In a blender, combine the avocado, strawberries, almond milk, vanilla extract, and ice cubes (if using). Blend until smooth and creamy. If the smoothie is too thick, you can add more almond milk, a little at a time, until you reach your desired consistency.

  3. Sweeten to Taste

Taste the smoothie and add keto-friendly sweetener if desired. Blend again to incorporate the sweetener.

  4. Add Seeds (Optional)

If you’re using chia seeds or flaxseeds, add them to the blender and pulse a few times until they are mixed into the smoothie

  5. Serve

Pour the strawberry avocado smoothie into glasses. You can garnish with a slice of strawberry or a sprinkle of chia seeds, if desired
