Prepare the Salad
In a large bowl, combine the mixed salad greens, diced avocado, sliced cucumber, red onion, and cherry tomatoes. -
Make the Dressing
In a small bowl, whisk together 3 tablespoons of olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. -
Assemble the Salad
Add the sliced chicken on top of the salad. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and chicken. -
Optional
